Urban Rec Rules

Every sport has rules and Urban Rec has lots of sports that it runs every year. You may have played the sport for years or maybe you have played with other leagues, but Urban Rec has some specific rules that make our leagues a little bit more social.

We encourage all Urban Rec participants to review the rules before each season and we will make sure that they are upto date! If you have any questions please direct them to info@urbanrec.ca
