I hate it when that happens. Below is a list of the wines we have tasted in past classes with the needed info….
~ When you ask the Liquor store to find a wine for you, they have a much better time of it when you can quote the CSPC.
~ A ‘listed’ product you can find at any BC Liquor Store. A “Spec” product is only available at the private wine shops or Beer and Wine stores.
